Project M, the zine was an excellent Flash-based e-zine. It was one of the few zines, 'net-based or otherwise, bold enough to deal with dark fiction. Project M zine not only dealt with dark fiction but with themes that explore the human condition. As with any visionary endeavour with merit, Project M, the zine was not able to survive.
